Requirements:

1. Have more than one year of experience in customer service, and prioritize work experience in customer service centers;

2, Good service awareness, excellent expression and communication and coordination ability; Be able to withstand strong work pressure, treat customers with patience, and maintain good relations of cooperation with customers;

3, Female, bachelor degree or above, 20-28 years old, clear mouth, sweet voice, affinity, good image quality;

4, Have good interpersonal communication, public relations and problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, and a good team spirit;

5, The overall quality is good.

6. Personnel with industry experience is preferred.
